Service Description: This advanced module explores how predictive analytics enhances project control and decision-making within BIM workflows. Participants will learn to design and optimize a Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), extract and clean data from a Common Data Environment (CDE), and classify information for performance analysis. The course guides learners in linking BIM data to Power BI dashboards to visualize progress, apply RAG status indicators, and develop predictive models that anticipate delays, forecast deliveries, and identify responsibilities using B3D matrix methodologies. Objectives: Build efficient MIDPs for predictive data management Automate CDE data extraction and transformation Connect BIM datasets to Power BI for live project dashboards Implement RAG indicators for risk and delivery tracking Use predictive modeling to forecast project outcomes and assign accountability Content Summary: Data classification, cleaning, and organization from BIM environments Constructing and managing MIDPs for analytics workflows Data visualization and dashboard integration (Power BI) Predictive modeling for project performance (Python, R) Applying B3D matrices to responsibility and risk mapping Duration: 4 weeks – 40 hours
